Q -1.what are the advantages of working in a virtual environment like the one created by Accenture? What are the disadvantages?
Ans:- Accenture is an global management consulting technology services and outsourcing company. It has been working in 48 countries. It specified in helping business and helps government to improve their performance.
Virtual location means, that there are no physically operational headquarters and no formal branches. It is one kind of corporation we can say that intangible organization. So there are many advantages of virtual location like Accenture.
Advantages:-
Now a day’s growth of information technology is very high. Because almost all the company need to information technology for growing their business reach to top level in the world. In information systems there are many new technologies came in the company.
· No need any operational headquarter
In virtual there are no need of operational headquarters to run business. So company can save lot of money which is invested in infrastructure and no requires any formal branches. Main advantages of this company is that company can save more amount and utilize this amount like customers services, customer satisfaction, put more attention on business efficiency.
· Company can give good and quick services to the customer.
Due to this type of virtual company can provided good services to customer with right time now- a- days time is very important for all the people so customer get his needs about company.
· Employees likes to do work in virtual company
There are no time baundation to do work in his job. Employee can do their work at their comfortable time and place and also do work quickly.
· Other advantage of the virtual company

Ø Consumer satisfaction.
Ø Less expenses of advertisement, operational cost, and other expenses.

· Disadvantages:-
There are no physical establishments so consumer may not have trust on the company.
Consumer mind may be in doubt of products quality and the information may be not reach in proper manner. There may be too misuse of this information systems by some person.
When employee needs motivation to do hard work so in this situation company can not give proper motivation to its employees. Information may be wrong and misguided.

This is a new type of taking the information system in a modern business World. Thousand of management and technology consultant are constant on the move join the site with client or working temporally in office of the company, lease in more than 100 location around the world. Everyday, Accenture employee log on to the company’s internal website, which they can access from any were in the world. They use this system to record, were they are working and to access e-mail, phone, message, other type of non verbal communication. They are also good in transmition of the information system or technology. That is why I would like to work in this type of company.

Q-3 What kind of companies could benefits from being run virtually like Accenture? Could all companies be run virtually like Accenture?

è Organizations are interdependence between organization and information system.
è Most of the dot com companies are use this kind of benefits from being run virtually like Accenture, for e.g. ask.com, sulekha.com, google.com, yahoo.com, rediffmail.com, etc.
è Also all kind of telecommunication and call center are using or taking information about the company are allocating part of the company.
è Governments are also taking part to the information about the system, economically, state wise passing information through his member or employee.
è Not all type of companies is run with this type of Accenture’s companies, but some companies are taking participations in Accenture’s.
So, this type of companies or sector taking part through information systems.
